Yes. If your inventory clerk flags anything, we return within 72 hours and re-clean at no extra cost.

Almost always. We assign a primary cleaner to each home. If they're unavailable, we send someone trained on your home brief.

No — carpet cleaning is a specialist service and appears as an add-on in our booking flow. We use hot-water extraction with a 4-hour drying time.
